Therapy can be a critical tool to help you become unstuck during stressful times in your life—whether due to work, family, or life transitions. I believe therapy provides a safe, contained space to explore these elements, fostering self-awareness and understanding that may not be possible in the context of daily life.
In my work with clients, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can begin to identify the patterns that contribute to your stress and discover new ways of approaching life’s challenges. Transformation begins with recognizing these patterns, experimenting with new strategies, and making meaningful changes to your environment. Through this process, you can achieve a deeper sense of balance, resilience, and fulfillment in both your personal and professional life. By exploring the interplay between internal patterns and external circumstances, we can begin to make meaningful changes that lead to greater balance and fulfillment.
Background
My background combines a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. During my MSW, I interned in a private practice setting, focusing on professionals navigating life transitions, job stress, and interpersonal conflicts. Before transitioning to my role as a therapist, I spent over a decade as a management consultant for global firms serving Fortune 500 clients. This experience gave me a unique insight into the complexities of modern work and its profound impact on mental health. Our professional lives are made even more complex by the demands of our personal roles as partners, parents, and friends. Understanding the root cause of our stress and new ways to approach it allows us to show up to our professional and personal lives more authentically and with contentment.
In therapy, I draw on a psychodynamic approach, incorporating elements of attachment theory, internal family systems, mindfulness, and mind-body connection. My goal is to help clients increase their self-awareness, uncover and shift unhelpful patterns, and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges.

Rates: 200 for 50 minute session
The above rate is the full fee this therapist charges for a standard 50 minute session. However, we do not want cost to be prohibitive of people getting the help they need. All of our therapists provide a portion of their services for a reduced fee to help those who can benefit from psychotherapy but might not be able to afford their full fee.
