Psychologist

Houston Therapy is seeking a qualified psychologist with a passion for psychotherapy and psychological assessments. We are a group private practice focused on psychotherapy, counseling, and psychological assessment. We are a small collaborative team of dedicated, compassionate, like-minded clinicians. We have a strong assessment department and are looking to gain someone who can provide psychological evaluations and administer psychotherapy. Candidate must be driven, independent, collaborative, and able to connect with our positive-minded group of clinicians. The practice is broadly psychodynamic and we welcome all niches, modalities, and theoretical orientations. We are a private pay, fee-for-service practice.  Compensation is a percentage based on income received.

Requirements are:

​

• Current State of Texas license as a psychologist, or postdoc. 

• Doctoral Degree

• Competent at administering, interpreting, and writing psychological evaluations. (child and teen experience is a plus)

• Experience providing feedback about psychological assessment results to children, families, and adults.

• Individual psychotherapy experience (family experience a plus)

• Private practice experience a plus
